سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع⤴️

نحن في سمارت مان حريصين إن كل عميل يكون راضي 100% عن مشترياته، علشان كده وفرنالك سياسة استبدال واسترجاع سهلة وبسيطة:

 أولاً: الاستبدال🔹

في حالة رغبتك في تغيير المقاس أو الموديل، تقدر تتواصل معانا عن طريق الهاتف أو الواتساب على الرقم: 01158906409.

  • بعد التواصل، بتختار المنتج الجديد والمقاس المناسب ليك.
  • يتم إرسال المندوب لتسليم المنتج الجديد واستلام المنتج المراد استبداله.

ثانياً: الاسترجاع🔹

  • لو حابب ترجع المنتج لأي سبب، كل اللي عليك إنك تتواصل معانا على نفس الرقم.
  • المندوب بيجي لحد بابك ويستلم المرتجع في خلال 24 ساعة من وقت التواصل.
  • بمجرد ما المندوب يستلم المنتج، بيتم تحويل المبلغ إليك عن طريق فودافون كاش أو Instapay خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 72ساعة.

ملاحظات هامة🔹

  • يشترط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية (غير مستخدم).
  • في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع أو خطأ من عندنا، عملية الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بتكون مجانية بالكامل.
  • في حالة الاسترجاع لغير الأسباب الخاصة بالتصنيع، يتم خصم تكلفة الشحن فقط.

في حالة إن أي من الإجراءات السابقة متمتش بالشكل المطلوب، تواصل مباشرة مع المسئول على الرقم: 01206005854، وهيتابع معاك شخصيًا لحد ما تكون راضي تمامًا.


Exchange & Return Policy

At Smart Man, we care about your satisfaction and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. That’s why we provide a simple and clear exchange & return policy:

🔹 Exchange

  • If you’d like to change the size or model, just contact us via phone or WhatsApp at 01158906409.
  • After contacting us, you can choose the new product and the right size.
  • Our courier will deliver the new product and collect the one you want to exchange.

🔹 Return

  • If you’d like to return an item for any reason, simply contact us on the same number.
  • The courier will come to your doorstep and collect the return within 24 hours.
  • Once the courier receives the item, your refund will be processed via Vodafone Cash or Instapay within 72hours.

🔹 Important Notes

  • Items must be in their original condition (unused).
  • If the return/exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or our mistake, the process is completely free of charge.
  • For returns not related to manufacturing defects, only the shipping cost will be deducted.
